Meet The Team
Learn About Our Coaches
I founded Blueprint Coaching to bridge a gap I saw in the real estate coaching world. Too many big box programs rely on aggressive accountability and behavior modification, tactics that only work for so long. I never enjoyed receiving that kind of coaching, and for my first three years as a professional coach, I’m embarrassed to admit I used those same tactics myself.
Over time, I discovered a different approach, one that delivers far better results without relying on fear or pressure. I believe breakthrough happens not when a client feels “held accountable” but when we align and work together toward a shared goal. That’s when true transformation begins.
My team and I share a simple philosophy: help you find what you love, so you can endure long enough to experience abundant success. Every coach on this team is an expert in their own right, professionals I’ve worked with for over a decade and am fortunate to also call friends.
I began selling real estate in 2010 and quickly realized my real passion was developing and training talent. By my third year, I had fully transitioned out of production and my team closed 180 homes, eventually scaling to over 300 homes sold per year for four consecutive years.
While running my sales team, I also owned two Keller Williams franchises and became a trainer for the acclaimed MAPS Business Coaching program, training coaches eager to leave their mark on the next generation of business owners.
In 2020, my wife and I were eager to collaborate on a project together, so we sold our franchises and started Mosaic Real Estate, an independent brand based out of Tacoma, WA. By our third year we had 185 agents and the number two market share in our county. After successfully exiting the brokerage industry, I now split my time between coaching agents and traveling the world with my wife of 15 years and our two daughters, Parker and Pippa. We own a boutique resort in Roatan, Honduras, where we host yoga and scuba retreats. I am truly living my best life and look forward to helping you find your own version of prosperity.
I can personally attest to Joe’s coaching ability. During my first few years in real estate, Joe was my mentor. Some of my greatest moments of personal breakthrough came after strategy sessions with Joe. His ability to challenge me while simultaneously bringing out my best was one of my inspirations for getting into coaching. I am honored to have Joe working alongside me in this venture.
Joe has a reputation as a growth-focused leader who knows how to take agents, teams, and brokerages to the next level. While running the Thurston County KW office, he grew it from 100 to 150 agents in less than two years. He later launched his own real estate team, quickly expanding to 28 sales associates and consistently ranking as one of the top-producing teams in Thurston County. Joe not only motivates during coaching calls, he lives out his mantra every day.
Joe’s coaching philosophy is rooted in the Compound Effect, the idea that small, consistent actions, compounded over time, create extraordinary results. He is known for helping people see past their immediate obstacles and into the larger future waiting for them.
When he’s not coaching, Joe and his wife, Charity, lead the Live Well Home Group, a thriving team serving Thurston and Pierce Counties. Together, they bring market expertise, heart, and a passion for developing others.
Monica was one of the very first agents I recruited to my sales team, and I’ve had the privilege of watching her flourish not just as a top-producing agent, but as a coach and a pillar in her community.
Throughout her career, Monica consistently ranked among the top agents, earning multiple production awards and recognition for sales excellence. But her true gift is drawing out the best in others. She meets her clients and coaching students exactly where they are, walks alongside them through their challenges, and celebrates with them as they break through. Monica’s clients often say they feel cared for not just professionally but holistically. Compassion is her way of being, and it shines through in the insight and breakthroughs she helps her clients achieve.
When Monica isn’t selling homes or coaching, you’ll find her living life to the fullest as a wife, mom, daughter, sister, and friend. Anyone lucky enough to find themselves in Monica’s orbit is better for it.
David is another homegrown success story. He was one of the standout students in the very first real estate course I ever taught. As a graduate of my first sales course, Crash Course, David sold 20 homes in his first year, the second highest record at the time — only his wife Karay surpassed him.
With over a decade in real estate, David brings a unique blend of real-world experience, strategic insight, and a passion for performance-based growth to every coaching relationship. What I admire most about David is his ability to be laser-focused and results-driven when needed, yet equally empathetic and present when his clients are working through challenges.
As a co-owner with me, David helped grow our brokerage from 30 to over 80 agents in just three years. His multifaceted approach to leadership and coaching is a big reason why we continue to work so well together.
When he’s not coaching or selling real estate, David and his wife Karay are busy finding new ways to spend time together as a family. From creating made-up “holidays” with full decorations and costumes to planning their next road trip, they are inseparable. If you have David as a coach, don’t be surprised if one of his two toddlers, Finn or Arrow, makes an unexpected and adorable cameo during your call.
