Andy Taylor

A note from Andy:

I’ve worked with more than 500+ clients one on one. They are founders, self-employed operators, entrepreneurs, and startups. All from a diverse vocational background: education, yoga studios, construction, trades, real estate agents, brokerage owners, restaurants, and more. Different industries. One common denominator: a deep drive to succeeded and an earnest desire for change.

For many, the very traits that built their success: bullheadedness, radical independence, relentless drive are now the same traits keeping them stuck building a business at the expense of the soul. Unable to ask for help. Unwilling to slow down for fear of losing momentum, Trapped in their own drive. Still committed to succeess yet already seeing the personal and emotional cost.

David Pichler

David was one of the first people I invited into my sales organization, and I’ve had the privilege of watching him grow not only into a high-performing professional, but into a steady, trusted presence for those around him. Over time, his role evolved naturally, from contributor, to leader, to coach. David and I opened a real estate Brokerage in Puyallup WA, that grew from 30 agents to over 80 in 2 years under his direct supervision.

Over the years, Robert has owned and operated both large and small brokerages, giving him a rare, well-rounded perspective on what it truly takes to build and sustain a business over time. Serving clients and professionals across Gig Harbor and the greater Puget Sound region.
