The Breakthrough Program is no shortcut and it is not a quick fix. It’s a 3-month journey about the length of a college course. Long enough to demand commitment, short enough that not a week can be wasted.

Most of us have spent decades building thought patterns, negative habits, and false beliefs about ourselves. We carry blind spots in business areas of risk and weakness that we simply can’t see. Awareness alone isn’t enough. Just because we recognize the problem doesn’t mean we can untangle the solution on our own.

In Breakthrough, we begin with the nature and nurture that shaped you. Using the Enneagram as a compass, we explore how to tell the truth to yourself, how to stay grounded when transactions and life threaten to throw you off balance, and how to build the habits that carry real success. From there, identify the vocational patterns and behaviors that are a detriment to our success; dropping the bad talk tracks, outdated ideologies, and self-defeating behaviors that no longer serve the professional you’re becoming.

Which Breakthrough is right for you?

None of us should be defined by sales numbers alone. You were created for more than an identity based on production. That said, each Breakthrough cohort emphasizes something different and you’ll be grouped with agents producing at a similar level. Since journaling, reflection, and honest reporting are key parts of the work, it’s essential you choose a group where you feel both challenged and safe enough to share openly.

Breakthrough Advanced is about scaling without losing yourself. We’ll dig deep into mindset and discovery, auditing where your energy flows and building leverage around what drains you. You’ll learn how to reignite passion, lead with strength, and build a business that fuels you instead of depleting you.

At this level, success isn’t about how many homes you can sell. It’s about creating a business and a life that leaves room for joy, rest, and the people you love.

1. How much time will this take each week?

Plan on 6–8 hours weekly. That includes group coaching, journaling, reading, self-assessments, and applying the work to your business. This isn’t busywork. Every assignment is tied directly to building habits, clarity, and results. This is a real estate course with the intention helping you become a more successful real estate professional so the majority of the course work each week is implementing the practices and behaviors that indeed translate to real estate success.

2. What if I miss a session?

Life and real estate happen. All group calls are recorded, and you’ll still have access to the weekly scorecard and exercises. What matters most is your consistency across the 3 months.

3. Do I need to already know the Enneagram?

No. I’ll guide you through it. We use the Enneagram not as a personality label, but as a compass. It helps you understand how you show up in stress and in strength so you can align your business with who you really are.

4. Will this course help me get more clients?

Yes, but not by giving you gimmicks or scripts that don’t fit you. Breakthrough helps you create a schedule, lead-generation plan, and communication style you can actually stick with. More importantly, it helps you stop sabotaging yourself so clients can trust you.

5. What if I’m not comfortable sharing in front of others?

That’s normal at first. The cohorts are carefully matched by production level so you’re with peers who understand your stage. Sharing journal entries and wins/struggles is part of the breakthrough process, and it’s always done in a safe, supportive space.

6. How is this different from other coaching programs?

Most coaching programs pile on tasks and push for more numbers. Breakthrough strips away the noise so you can see your true blueprint. We focus on alignment, not just acceleration. When you’re clear on who you are, the work stops feeling like a grind and starts feeling like purpose.

7. What kind of results can I expect?

That depends on your participation. Agents who lean in fully often see their business grow 50–100% in month over month production starting with month 3. But more than numbers, they find peace, clarity, and confidence something no spreadsheet can measure.

8. What if I’m already burned out, will this help me?

Yes. Breakthrough is designed for agents who’ve been stuck in chaos or exhaustion. We’ll help you rebuild from the inside out so that your business becomes sustainable, not something that drains your soul.

9. What is the cost.

The cost of the breakthrough course is $1,000 per month. Billed at the beginning of each of our three cycles.

10. What is the refund policy

Unlike other courses that charge the entirety upfront we believe you should not be held captive by a financial commitment. If you decide that Breakthrough no longer serves you than you can opt out and receive a refund for any prepaid portion for the month. This program only works if you believe it will.

11. Is one on one coaching included

One on one coaching included for the agents in the Foundations Class. In addition to the weekly group session there are two additional one on one coaching sessions each month. (45 minutes in duration) with a Blueprint certified coach. All of the Blueprint coaches have gone through the program themselves and have extensive experience coaching and training agents.

12. Is one on one coaching available for Breakthrough Consistency or Breakthrough Freedom?

One on one coaching is available upon completion of a Breakthrough course. Since our coaching philosophy is rooted in the Breakthrough program no individual one on one coaching can take place prior to completion of the course.
