Terms and Conditions – Blueprint Coaching: Summer School Program Effective Date: 6/1/2025 By enrolling in the Summer School coaching program (“Program”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions with Blueprint Coaching, LLC (“Coach,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”). Please read these terms carefully before participating in the Program.

1. Program Description

The Summer School coaching program is a structured, cohort-based training for real estate professionals. The Program includes (3) group coaching sessions per month, (2) private one on one sessions per month, instructional materials, and access to designated coaching personnel.

2. Eligibility and Conduct

By enrolling, client affirms they are at least 18 years of age and are a licensed real estate agent. Aspiring for full time work in the real estate industry. Blueprint Coaching reserves the right to remove any participant from the Program at its discretion if behavior is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates these terms.

3. Payment Terms

By registering for the course client agrees to 3 monthly payments to be withdrawn from the account registered on file. Monthly payments must be received prior to the first group coaching call of each month. Failure to pay will result in removal from the course. If Blueprint staff or coaches remove client from program the client will receive a refund in accordance with the refund policy written below.

4. Refund Policy

We are committed to client satisfaction, but also recognize the importance of honoring our commitments:

Full Refund: A full refund is available if the Client cancels within the first 14 calendar days of the Program start date. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. If a client wishes to cancel at any time in the future they may do so provided they give a 3 day notice of cancellation before the next scheduled group call or one on one coaching call. Failure to issue a three day notice will still entitle the client to cancel however at a prorated amount for any coaching sessions or group classes remaining in the month.Prorated Refund: If the Client cancels after the first two weeks, they may receive a prorated refund for the remaining portion of the month they paid for, minus a $40 processing fee to cover Stripe and administrative charges.No Refunds: There will be no refunds for cancellations made beyond the current paid month.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Blueprint Coaching reserves the right to reschedule or modify any sessions due to coach availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, every effort will be made to provide reasonable notice and reschedule promptly. If a coach is unable to attend a scheduled one on one call every conceivable effort will be made to make up the call. If a client cancels or does not show up to their scheduled one on one call an effort will be made by coaches to reschedule however there is no guarantee that an additional time slot will be opened. Best practice is to make every effort to attend one on one call.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, frameworks, and documents provided are the intellectual property of Blueprint Coaching and are for Client’s personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale is strictly prohibited.

7. No Guarantees

While this Program is designed to support real estate professionals in building scalable and productive businesses, Blueprint Coaching makes no guarantees regarding specific results, income, or business performance. Outcomes are influenced by individual effort, market conditions, and numerous external factors beyond our control.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

Client agrees to respect the confidentiality of all group participants and content shared in live sessions, private forums, or communications. Personal client information will be protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blueprint Coaching shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the Program. Client agrees to participate at their own risk and waives any claims against the Company or its representatives.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled through binding arbitration in Pierce County, WA under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
